As soon as you wake up and before you reach for you phone, say 3 things you’re grateful for.
Gratitude shifts your energy from lack to abundance — instantly. And when you do this before even getting out of bed, it'll make a huge difference on how your day goes. Don't take my word for it - try it for yourself.
📝 Try this: “I’m so thankful for what I have — and what’s on its way to me. I am so grateful for my bed. I am so grateful for my home."
Any little thing that feels like success or a win - celebrate. It could be that you found the time to clean out your purse, or maybe you caught yourself not being bothered by nonsense.
Each time you celebrate your wins, big or small, you are making the Universe aware that you are grateful for all things and that you are ready to receive more.
Close your eyes and imagine the moment your desire arrives. Visualize your desires in full color with every little detail.
Feel the excitement in your chest. Smile. Breathe it in.
Your body believes what your mind sees.
Affirmations are powerful when they’re spoken with belief.
Say them in the mirror with love.
Examples:
• “I am worthy of a beautiful life.”
• “Everything I want is coming to me.”

There's something about writing your desires down. Writing brings them to life and makes your desires more real.
This is something that I have been doing for quite some time and it works. I'm always amazed.
Take 5 minutes to do something that makes you feel cared for:
Take more time and:
When you love yourself, the universe mirrors it back.
A podcast, affirmations, soft music — whatever elevates you.
Keep your mind nourished with positivity.
Dance, clap, sing, skip, roll...haha 😆 Whatever is going to keep you vibing high, do it. Avoid anything that will bring you down and not make you feel your best.
Limit your news intake and anything that doesn't align with how you want to feel.
Your outer space reflects your inner world.
Clean out your purse, delete old emails, or tidy one drawer.
Clearing clutter = making room for blessings.
When there's unnecessary stuff, blessings are blocked.
Set boundaries with draining people.
Unfollow accounts that make you feel less-than.
You deserve peace - no matter who the person is. You must protect your energy.
Saying no to something or someone is really you saying astounding YES to yourself. And you're worth that!
Be the woman who already has the life she’s calling in.
Dress how she would.
Order the drink she’d order.
Speak with her confidence.
It's already yours, beautiful, so you might as well walk the walk and talk the talk until it actually materializes in front of you.
