How To Manifest After 40 (Even If You Feel Stuck)

Life after 40 can be one of the most powerful times to reinvent yourself. You’ve lived, learned, and grown — and now, you get to manifest a new chapter on your terms.

Whether it’s a new job, deeper peace, or more joy, your next level begins the moment you believe it’s possible.

Things began to shift for me right before I turned 40; I'm now 48.  I was, and still am, in a loving marriage and have two amazing kids, but I still had dreams I wanted to fulfill.  After hitting wall after wall, I realized that I had to tweak my daily habits. Once I made these tweaks and decided to be more intentional,  my dreams began to unfold. 

Check out when I won a Fashion Walk off at the age of 39, five months shy of my 40th. Yesss!

This is when I say, you can do it too! 

Set Clear Intentions to Manifest After 40

Clarity creates flow.

• Journal one thing you’d love to manifest this season.
• Visualize it for one minute each morning.
• Write it as an affirmation in the present tense (“I am living my dream life with confidence and joy”).

Before finally breaking into the industry when I wasn't getting any callbacks or movement, I would always affirm to myself that I was a highly successful, sought-after model...I still do.  

Be clear about what you want and continue to affirm it, regardless of whether you don't see anything happening.  Stand firm in your convictions and believe in yourself. 

Create Daily Manifestation Habits to Manifest After 40

Manifesting is more than wishing — it’s aligning your energy.

• Start your morning with gratitude (list three things daily).
• Move your body — walk, dance, stretch, or breathe deeply.
• Speak kindly to yourself throughout the day.

Also, be sure that you're speaking kindly about others, especially in an area where you want to succeed.  Absolutely, no hating on others.  If you see someone who is successful, be genuinely happy for them, and if at all possible, let them know how happy you are for them.  It's all about putting good energy out into the world.  

Visualize and Take Aligned Action to Manifest After 40

Manifesting after 40 is about trusting your wisdom and taking inspired steps.

• Listen to your intuition.
• Apply for that new job.
• Try a new hobby or travel spot that calls to you.

Your actions are a mirror of your faith.

Back in 2015, my intuition nudged me to research modeling in the area at the time.  I followed the nudges and found the modeling alliance, which helped me tremendously with fulfilling my dreams.  

Keep Believing and Stay in Gratitude to Manifest After 40

Some manifestations take time. The universe responds to consistency and gratitude.

• End each day by saying, “Thank you for everything unfolding for my highest good.”
• Celebrate small wins — they’re signs your energy is shifting.

Remember, age is only a number.  There are so many wonderful people in the world doing amazing things at any age.  It's quite remarkable and awe-inspiring. 

It's Never Too Late to Manifest After 40

It’s never too late to begin again. Every sunrise is a reminder that your next chapter is waiting — and it can be more beautiful than you ever imagined.

You are beautiful and powerful, and never, ever forget that. 

You're already manifesting so why not be intentional.  💫
