So you have meditated. What is meditation? Okay, that's a whole other blog. Stay tuned.
But say you have actually meditated everyday but nothing has happened in your life. You don't see any movement. So now what, you may ask?
Sis, I can definitely relate so that's why I wanted to share this with you. So the question is what can you do when you have meditated but nothing has happened? So let's first change the perspective..... nothing has happened YET that your human eyes can see but truth be told things are always happening on our behalf even though we may not see them.
So continue to meditate everyday but maybe try a different time or different room in your home. You should feel relaxed and at ease. You decide how long. You can start with 5 minutes and work your way up. It's all about what works for you. I typically meditate as soon as I get up for up to 10 minutes and that works for me.
After you adjust, add the following 3 tips everyday to increase your vibration.
1. How do you know that nothing is happening? Just because things have not happened for you yet does not mean that they will not. As I stated before, things are happening behind the scenes for you as we speak. YOU have to believe that the Universe will move mountains for you in order for you to get to where you want to be.
We don't know what is going on behind the scenes. We don't know the connections that are being made on our behalf. We don't know the people who we will come in contact with in the future who is going to help us get to where we want to be. We just don't know. We have to believe that opportunities are being made for us. It's important to stay in this mindset.
2. Have you been taking action? Ooooo, that's a good one. Often times we feel if we just meditate and sit back things will happen but that is farther from the truth.
The Universe responds to vibrations so the more that you're taking action, the more the Universe will pick up on what you truly want in your life. And the more specific you are, the better. The Universe works well when it comes to specificity.
So be sure that you are asking the Universe exactly what you want and that you're following it up with action. It may difficult to continue to do this especially when you are not seeing anything happen but you must continue to be consistent. And anything that happens in the process, regardless of what it is, needs to be recognized by thanking the Universe for it. When you thank the Universe, it will oblige you with more blessings.
I've found when I thank the Universe for the smallest thing, something else good will pop up and then something else. It's important for me to be mindful when this happens because I'm showing the Universe that I appreciate the smallest blessing.
3. What are your inner thoughts throughout the day? Take the time to survey your inner canvas. What things are you saying about you want? Are you saying that it will never happen? Or are you saying that meditation isn't working?
Sometimes you have to get really quiet with yourself and listen to your inner thoughts. Our inner thoughts can actually be what is sabotaging us and we may not even realize it.
Say affirmations everyday to get in a habit to have a positive mindset. Negativity cannot live in a space where there is positivity. So make it an everyday habit.
Instead of saying that it's not going to a happen, say this.....I know things are being done behind the scenes on my behalf. I know that my blessing is coming! I thank God that my blessing is coming! I am ready to receive my blessing.
Bonus tip: Be sure you are meditating and praying throughout the day. When you do this, you are creating a space where things can happen for you. You are again sending out powerful vibrations. Yes hun, you are powerful and don't forget it.
